The Husband Hoax by Saxon James
5.0

Christian and Émile stole my whole heart! This had a sort of effervescent easy quality to it that just let it fizz and float through me like the most satisfying drink on a hot summer day. You want to take that feeling they invoke and capture it forever. Émile makes defending and falling for Christian look effortless, giving him his focus and care and support without judgement, prejudice, malice, or reservation. He never holds back. Christian in turn is a genuinely good person. His response to Christian’s good deed would be OTT to some, but it seems to line up with what it was worth to Christian. These two together have steamy chemistry, but the larger group of guys Christian lives with… Magical! The interplay and chemistry there is pure gold just like these men (and Aunt Agatha), and I can’t wait for more in the series!
