Val's story was devastating, she broke my heart with what she was going through with Marco. Justin is her best friend, and sadly she didn't leave with him to go to Vegas when he offered. Her life spiraled from there, by meeting Marco and her parents, Lord, it was anguish to read.
But there is more to this story, a second chance, a time to avenge the wrongs and rise as a Queen.
Great emotional story but pay attention to the warnings from the author
