I liked this better than Rework, I felt it was a lot more direct. But I still wasn't thoroughly impressed. I think I mostly got the 'high level' feeling from it, where it was just the basics, not really more down in the trenches like I expected from Gary. But coming from working on a business where I'm already doing pretty much everything he's talking about, it also wasn't going to be ground-breaking for me. For someone that's just getting started, it could be pretty amazing.
