The Road to Serfdom by Friedrich A. Hayek, Bruce Caldwell

4.0

This is my second Hayek book. This is his main work and just as difficult as the Fatal Conceit. This book looks at the rise of Hitler and is dedicated to weeding out the socialists among us. So much of what he writes is relevant today. Both political parties have embraced different parts of socialism as he predicted. His ending discussion about what made Britain great was very relevant to modern day when our history and our strengths are being overshadowed by our mistakes as a nation.
