A las puertas de la Muerte by Jill Thompson, Victoria Martinez
3.0
A cutesy, manga envisioning of what Death had to deal with when Lucifer bowed out of Hell, and all the dead lost their place while all the different gods came to negotiate for possession.
I didn't find the art to be very good. Dream himself, especially, looks very underwhelming. One hardly can imagine him to be the lord of anything except moping. (I mean yes, the dude whines a lot, but he was also very scary too.) Still, the story is fun enough as a lighthearted take to complement the original.
