A Psalm for the Wild-Built by Becky Chambers

5.0

This is a very cozy, pleasant little experience. It’s rare to read a book that does not catastrophize a single event. Instead, it actually asks the opposite, equally fair question: what if, when a problem occurred, everything went right?

It feels like an optimist’s reply to most sci-fi, which if often inherently pessimistic about humanity’s future. Instead of a warning, it offers a hope.

I am excited to read the sequel. :)
