This was a very short addition to the series, and it makes me wonder if people ended up skipping it because of it's length. It's not labeled like a short story, though it kind of is. It's only Seven chapters, and the "main" books in this series are already short, and this one is about half the length.

I did like reading from Lincoln's POV, though I would have liked it more had we seen somethings from his perspective from the start. That is another reason why I wonder if people skipped this one, and it is not one that should be skipped. There's actually a decent amount of not only character, but plot development in this book.

I do wish this had been a little bit longer. Maybe have more time pass, or more confrontations with the other Ministry members, to set up something more for the next book, which I am currently reading while writing this review. I just don't have a whole lot to say about this book, since it is so short, but I still wanted to write a review to encourage other people who might pick up this series to not skip this novella.
