One Night for Seduction
by Erica Ridley
With this book the new Wicked Dukes Club is off to a good start. Although Cole, the Duke of Colehaven isn't really wicked he does like a good wager. In this case, it is to find his friend's sister Diana Middleton a husband. It's not that she really needs help - she has been avoiding the marriage mart. She's no air-headed husband hunter. Instead, she'd rather spend her days hunting down dishonest sellers who are cheating on weights and measures. She has frequently written to Parliment about her cause to create a more standard set of weights.
What a coincidence then that Cole is actually on the committee in Parliment that actually oversees weights and measures. When he finds out Diana's secret life, instead of being appalled at the thought of a woman with a brain, he is intrigued. Will he try to win the wager or to win the girl?
I recieved an advanced copy of this book.
