hello i loved this so much!!!!!! an absolutely wonderful paranormal romance, my heart is so full!!
i adore collins cartwright and brady collins. two beautiful human beings full of life and emotion and adventure. collins is such a complex character — she’s brave and lovely and sad and confused. she is so very human, doing her best to find her path and own her identity. i loved her unique journey to get the voices of her ghost friends back through coming to terms with her feelings and thoughts and being vulnerable with the people around her. and then there’s brady, my golden retriever king!!! this man was so kind and shy and compassionate and thoughtful. like, that’s my man!!!! i love him so much!!!! he really came out of his shell and learned to find joy in the unknown and embrace a little bit of the wild side and i just had the best time watching it. together, collins and brady brought out the best in each other and i love them forever!!!
jason clarke and samantha brentmoor did dual narration for this and absolutely knocked it out of the park. their voices were perfect for these characters and their intonation was spot on for every emotion. i loved getting each POV and hearing their internal dialogue spoken aloud. definitely a great book to listen to on audio!
