“…my heart soared, higher than any mountain I'd ever imagined, up to God's own perfect clouds, and I felt a peace come over me.”
This was my first time reading this book & I am emotional. I haven’t cried reading a book in a long time but this one did it for me. This is one of my partners favorite books, so we read it together and I can understand why this was a childhood to adulthood staple of theirs. This is not my usual genre of book and it took me a while to open myself up to be with okay reading this but I am glad that I did.
If this is a genre that you enjoy, you won’t be disappointed in this read.
