Unladylike: A Field Guide to Smashing the Patriarchy and Claiming Your Space by Cristen Conger, Caroline Ervin, Tyler Feder

4.0

unlike many of the readers of this book, i didn't know of it via podcasts and such, i actually wanted to read it because i am a big fan of the illustrator (tyler feder!)

i really liked this book as it discusses feminism in the western (largely american) world, and how feminism has evolved. my favorite parts were the last few chapters, discussing friendship and insecurity, but i also really liked the chapter about insecurity!

i like that this book is very accurate (idk what the right word is, but it cites all of its information, and is very factual)!

i think this book is good for anyone who wants to learn more hard data about feminism, and also learn more about the history of feminism.
