Such an intense fantasy!! The writing is so insanely elegant and subtle and atmospheric. The mystery of the artifact and Ru's connections to it drove me crazy! I loved the characters, especially Gwen and Archie. And that TWIST at the END! Expertly executed! I do wish the plot had focused a little more on the magic rather than the romance, but otherwise I inhaled it ❤
