The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

5.0

Let me just say, I was very uncertain of how I would like this book considering the fact I adored Looking For Alaska and absolutely despised Paper Towns.

I started this book around 3, read it off and on since then, and just finished it at 10:20. I literally could not put it down. Even in the moments when I wasn't reading, this book was my constant companion. There was just something about this book that mesmerised me. I'm not quite sure if it's the tragedy of it or the beauty. Whatever it was, this book is now one of my absolute favourites.

Through out the whole book I couldn't help but feel so much grief for Hazel. Imagine; to know true love yet have it taken out right from under you within weeks. And what's even worst is knowing that falling in love will only last a moment, but choosing to do it anyway. The Fault In Our Stars really made me think. What would I do in Hazel's situation?

But to sum this all up, this book was amazing and everyone should read it. No matter what age you are. You won't regret it.
