Ahhhhhhhh I have such mixed feelings on this one. The first half was dry and felt like we were going nowhere. To be fair - they all start kinda dry in the beginning until the story gets rolling. This one however seemed to really keep rehashing crap we just didn’t need again.
I will admit though, I was under the impression book 4 was the final installment to this series. Turns out - it’s not! So… guess I’ll forgive some of the slow annoying bits if it means we’re going to see more action coming up. Also less Merick please, like dear lord, let us just forget his POV. Ya know who I’d really like to get a POV from? Caden. He’s actually interesting & doesn’t have his head up his ass for 3 books.
