100 tips categorized into several topic sections, this book was a compilation of other people's research mixed with the author's experiences & application of those research gems. I pulled a lot of good takeaways from this book, while other sections were unrelatable and gave me the sense that applying those ideas would make life a bit robotic. I think anyone could get something useful & practical out of this book.
