This was pretty fun - a comedy of errors, with surprisingly little romance and a much bigger focus on family, which I enjoyed. Lots of jokes and crazy mishaps, with just a little bit of more serious stuff sprinkled in there too.
I do think it was too long - my edition is 464 pages - as it dragged a little and I don’t think a lighthearted, comedic YA contemporary has any business being almost 500 pages long, like some semi-epic. But that’s just me.
