i purchased this book at a fair bc the blurb touched on subjects i'm interested in BUT i'm unfamiliar with lacanianism and i struggled to even comprehend what the book was about at times once chapter 2 started. there's definitely interesting stuff in there but a lot of it flew over my head even after going through the definition of many of the terms used. currently watching talks with the author to try to wrap my head around the concepts she describes but i might just not be smart enough for this
