Charming Her Wolves: The Complete Hell-Baited Wolves Series by Cali Mann, Freya Black, Freya Black
4.0
Called: Whilst I didn't mind this book, to me just wasn't at the same level as other Cali Mann books I've read. I wasn't immediately drawn into the world, and captivated by the characters, like I usually am.
Scorned: I enjoyed this! It followed straight on from the first one, but grabbed me more than the first book did. I found the characters more likeable, and the story was more interesting.
In book 2, the relationship between Del and the wolves evolves, as they come together (some of them reluctantly) to fight a common enemy.
Unleashed: The final book in this trilogy, Del needs assistance from her mates to save her sister. Zeke also proves useful in this mission, but has his own agenda.
This was a good conclusion to the series - lots of magic, issues were resolved and bad guys were confronted.
I enjoyed these books, seeing everyone grow and change for the better. A fiery series with interesting characters.
Guarded by Hellhounds: This was a quick read, about a female wolf finding her mates, though they aren't actually wolves.
I enjoyed the series that follows this prequel, but I didn't feel as though this story was as good as those books are.
