Probably a 3-1/2. Easy read. Much is pretty far-fetched. But, what's wrong with a fantasy that feeds into a timely conspiracy theory discussion about our changing relationship with Cuba? If you're into a not too heavy read as the summer winds down, you could do worse, I think.
