The Happiest Man on Earth by Eddie Jaku

5.0

Such a thoughtful and positive book about the most heartbreaking, soul crushing life imaginable.

You can really feel Eddie’s emotions in this book, he doesn’t shy away from the facts of his life but he doesn’t dwell on them either.

I find the biggest benefit of reading books like this that are written by the older generation.. They often have the wisdom of prioritising the most important things in life and they don’t harbour the resentment for things they can’t control or change like younger people do, focusing on the good bits rather than stressing over the less perfect bits.

Eddie was an inspiration to all.
