TBR Jar Challenge: Read a book part of a series

Review:

Ehhh yeah when you were 10 he was in high school, that’s kinda weird.

“Dog racism” ugh.

Wow, Max is pretty cute.

Wait. ANNA’S IN THIS BOOK? HELL YEAH! ST. CLAIR IS HERE, TOO?! AHHHH! If you haven’t listen to the audiobook versions of these books, you should, the voice actress makes St. Clair sound so hot.

Oh, Lola is more normal than Anna and would actually WANT TO GO TO FREAKING PARIS. Still not over that…

I don’t know why but I adore the name “Cricket”, I would never name my son that, but I like it.

Cricket is pretty cute.

Lola is so gonna fall in love with Cricket.

Cal is a bit of a bitch.

I get the feeling that Stephanie Perkins doesn’t like guys in bands.

Aw poor Cricket, that was so sad in the record store.

I depend a Lindsey book…and a Rashmi book.

St. Clair and Anna are working at the theater? THIS WHOLE BOOK SHOULD BE LOLA WORKING!

Lola, it’s that short and cocky-ness that makes him so attractive.

Lola…talks to the moon? Weird.

I doubt that Max will really like Lola having out with Cricket.

“‘Automatons,’ he corrects. ‘It’s like a robot but completely useless.’”—page 118

Mortmain would disagree.

Mommy issues, another Stephanie Perkins trope.

Anna and St. Clair are too cute.

I highly doubt that a high school would allow a Twenty-Two year old to come to a high school dance, as a date.

“She blushes, and St. Clair bounds inside the box office and wrestles her into a hug. ‘Miiiiiiiiiiine!’ he says. The couple buying tickets from me eyes him warily.”—page 163

ST. CLAIR YOU CUTIE!

Oh, fuck off, Calliope.

You’re on a trip to Berkeley? Well you may run into Anna and St. Clair so I’m okay.

THANK GOD THAT JESSICA IS NOT CRICKET’S GIRLFRIEND!

Is Calliope going to try and steal Lindsey from Lola.

Damn, Max is a dick. Please don’t let Cricket have a girlfriend because we still have like 80 pages left.

Aw, I feel bad for Aleck, that’s a silly sleeping of Alec. Or maybe I’m used to Alec Lightwood.

That scene between Norah and Lola was really nice.

THEY’RE GOING TO FRANCE AND THEY’RE GONNA SEE ISLA AND IT’S GONNA BE THE BEST REUNION EVER!

“‘I told him your loins were clearly burning, and he should man up and make a move.’
‘You did not!’
‘I did. And if he doesn’t, then I suggest you jump his bones. My brother, in case you hadn’t noticed, is kind of an idiot about these things.’”—page 312

I love Aleck!

You go, Calliope Bell!

Son of a bitch that story Cricket told was really great.

This was a really fun and great book, better than the last book. I think I like St. Clair better than Cricket but Mr. Bell was still very, very cute. Now to go buy Isla!
