I wanted to enjoy this Sapphic romance set at a couples only queer resort more than I did.  I had trouble suspending disbelief about the (ridiculous even by romancelandia standards) set up and more importantly, I didn’t care that much about the couple. I liked one of the MCs (Caroline) much better than the other and kept waiting for Basil to experience more personal growth, but it never came. 

It’s by a new to me author and I liked her voice, but this book wasn’t for me.
