It was so, so wonderful to get Owen and Shara's backstory. I loved him with Asher and it says so much about him as a person. Watching their bond and the banter between them was absolutely fantastic.

After an argument, Owen is such an idiot. Asher is, too. They're all idiots. Ugh. Then he meets Shara and it's like his soul is drawn to her just as it is to Asher. But how? He must find out more about her. Once they're separated after the show is over one night, he thinks he will never see her again. Until 2 years later...

Shara is sassy and smart, and all too drawn to the man behind the counter in the apothecary. He reminds her painfully of someone she once met, and as they become close she realizes they're more similar than she originally thought.

Will Shara and Owen be able to reunite and survive the witch hunters? Will they be able to keep their friends safe? Owen finds his way to figure out how to accept love, and maybe understand that finally, he is enough.
