Good content and really shines a light on importance of sleep. Quite a few times I had to question my own habits and whether I suffer from chronic sleep deprivation. However, the writing is not so good. I had difficulty reading more than a chapter at a time. Even skimmed some paragraphs which I don't normally do. It seems that lately it's a requirement to stuff a popular science book with fluff just to meet a certain page count. Overall a must read, but it could be summed up in 100 pages at most.
