I read this one AFTER the "Bound in Blood" book ONLY because I saw reviews saying it gave a better perspective of Luca since I HATED the fact he cheated on his wife in book 1. I do agree it was better...but I really wish book #1 didn't have the cheating and book #1 also still portrayed her as kind of whiney.

So...read/listen to book 1 at your own risk.
