It's been a long time since I was in middle school but I do see a lot of my students reflected in this graphic novel. They feel everything so much, their allegiances to one another change often, and they are desperately trying to figure themselves out.
This was a decent sequel and I was really just getting it to add to the first book which is in my classroom library but for a quick read it wasn't too bad and the art is very good.
