After All by Heidi McLaughlin

5.0

After reading After All I want to read it again and again.

After All is a small town romance taking place on the coast of the Pacific Northwest. The location alone you will have you wanting to pick up After All. This small town romance has busy bodies, romances, close knit families and so much more that you expect in a small town romance.

After All is a second chance romance that will bring a family together, bring a young lady stability and bring truths out of the dark. After All will have you swooning, cheering, and at times screaming for certain characters to open their eyes to what is in front of them.

After All is the book you keep on your bedside table for those moments you want or need to feel good. After All is my new book addiction that I can see reading a fourth, fifth and maybe a sixth time before the year ends.

5/17/2020 Thousands of books on my Kindle. I don't care I needed a Brooklyn and Bowie fix today.

2/18/21 Holy Crashing Waves!!!! I just listened to the audiobook. I didn't think the book could get better, but the narrator proved me wrong. She was able to bring one of my favorites stories to life in a way I could not each and every time I have read it. Her ability to distinguish between characters was fantastic. I will definitely be listening to it again and again in the near future.

5/7/22 I need a picky me and After All was the perfect medicine. The Happily Ever After made all the struggles worthwhile.

9/21/22 I need a feel good romance after a couple of ugly cries. Thank you Heidi McLaughlin for writing such a beautiful love story.

01/4/23 WOW!! I knew this was one of my go to stories when I needed to wash away the blues, but I didn't realize how many times I had read it until today. This was the best medicine after reading a couple of really sad books.
