Carry on by Rainbow Rowell

I really, really enjoyed this book. I loved the story but I did find the first 200 pages a little confusing. I felt like I'd picked up the third book in a series by mistake or something.
The characters were lovely and their friendship so nice (well, mostly) that it was just a really warming, happy dynamic. I thought Baz as a character was awesome, and loved how quickly Rowell made me change my opinion on him. This book is worth reading just for the 10 pages after his arrival.
I'm not sure how this sits with the Harry Potter series, or if Rowell has made any comment on that, but I found it to be an almost satirical take on Rowling's books... At times it felt weirdly unfaithful to be reading it... But it was so unputdownable, I couldn't not!
