Meet Cute
by Helena Hunting
I thought this book was okay. It was about a young woman who falls in love with a former child star. What I didn’t like about the book was that the young woman, Kailyn Flowers, fell for the former child actor, Daxton Hughes, because he was a star. Kailyn is a groupie. I don’t like that. I don’t care for books about groupies. I only read the book because I thought it would be better than what it was. Anyway, other than that, the book was okay. It wasn’t terrible. I liked that Kailyn took care of Daxton and his younger sister in the end. She helped Daxton get custody of his younger sister. That was cool. I like how the story ended. It ended on a positive note. I recommend this book to anyone who reads romance novels and doesn’t mind reading stories about fangirls and former tv stars.
Edit: Took me a little over a month to finish this one because I put the book down for a while. Would’ve taken me about a few days to finish it if I read it straight through.
