I was really disappointed in this one. While the book started out really good, the plot was extremely slow and I found Phoebe a very unlikable character that I was continuously aggravated by. Truthfully, I feel she’s an extremely toxic character and didn’t deserve to have a happy ending with Sam. He deserves better.

The main focus of the book was just Phoebe being paranoid and pushing everyone away. With everything wrapping up too nicely for all how she behaved throughout the entirety of the book in the last two chapters. Overall, I found the book underwhelming with no plot and just back and forth conversations with little to no significance.
