Out of the Blue is easily my favorite Kathryn Nolan book so far! I loved the originality of the plot and the topics covered within the books.
Serena is a pro-surfer and after landing the biggest deal of her career, starts to find that not everything is as it appears with the company. During the same time, the company provided Serena with a bodyguard who happens to be her ex-husband, Cope.
Cope and Serena, while having grown up and spent the last four years apart, have realized that they haven't quite moved on emotionally. However, the issues that broke them up are still very present and they are still going around and around in the same fight.
This was a spectacular second chance novel and Serena and Cope's story was amazing to read!
