American King
by Sierra Simone
Readers, buckle up for the final installment in the Camelot series: American King.
This story is Ash’s, the dominant hero that we have all come to know through the first two in the series. He said he would protect America no matter the costs. What he also promised is to protect Greer and Embry to his death. His past is no longer a secret, his flaws are open for all to view, and he no longer has his little prince to rule by his side.
Alas, even political stakes won’t stop the trio from finding time to spice up their nights, even if it may be in questionable situations. The spice is high, the stakes are even higher, and Merlin is ready to share secrets that will change everything.
I couldn’t put down American King once I hit the last 75 pages. The drama that Sierra Simone put the beloved trio in and the emotions were ones that made this book become a five star read for me. While some parts of the story were longer than necessary, I loved the cliffhanger chapters that were placed throughout. You definitely need to read the first two in the series before reaching this one or the plot line will not make sense.
Thank you Sourcebooks Bloom and Netgalley for my earc in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own. American King and the rest of the series are available wherever you find your books today.
