This book was so popular! I waited forever for the audiobook. I was worried it would have too much cursing or sexual content, as contemporary stories often do, and I was right. Used the F word a lot, and the author especially loved to use it as a verb which I find even more vulgar, if that’s possible. Of what I got through, I did really enjoy the dynamic of Phoebe and Lyla, but it wasn’t compelling enough to negate the other content.
