All Eyes on Us by Kit Frick

This was interesting. I thought the mystery was easily solvable but I don't think it's meant to be the main focus of the story.
The story follows two 17-year-old girls; one in a bad relationship that's resembling a marriage of convenience, the other a closeted in a cult -not 100% clear on the cult thing.
My problem with this book was the entire existence of Amanda. I mean I'm not certain of it, but I don't think 17-year-olds go to such lengths to keep their forced bland boyfriend. What sort of teen calls herself Mrs Boyfriend's Last Name? That's not a thing, Amanda.
