Happy for You is the third standalone in Anyta Sunday's Love & Family series. A heartwarming love story set in New Zealand that is guaranteed to leave you with feel good vibes.

Happy for You tells the slightly complicated love story between Mort and Felix. Mort is Felix's older brother Roch's best friend. Felix has had a hardcore crush on him for as long as he can remember. Slight problem with that crush is that Mort was once in love with Roch in more than a friend way. Mort was also practically part of the family until a year ago when he suddenly disappeared. Now he's back and trying to make amends and reclaim the only people he has ever considered family. Felix's crush never went away and it turns out Mort has felt the same way for a while. Being together won't be easy Mort has to risk the family he just got back and Felix has to get over his insecurities of feeling like a consolation prize for Mort.
"You reaped my undying affection. a plethora of gooey smiles, and all my insecurities. What more could you possibly want?"
I adored the characters in Happy for You, especially Felix. He was cute, dorky, easily flustered , and had a heart of gold for taking the reins and keeping his family up and running. Mort was a fantastic character too with his love of science and devotion to making amends to the Rochester family. I loved how possessive and grumpy he would get when it came to Felix, who was slightly oblivious to it some times. I also loved how he was patient and sensitive to Felix's lack of sexual experience and that he didn't want to rush them.
"I hope we work through this, Felix. I don't want to miss out on the extraordinariness that is us."
Happy for You is a sweet New Adult contemporary MM romance. A slow burn friends to lovers romance filled with second chances and family drama.
