What starts as Sookie trying to decide if she loves Eric turns into a whole bunch of action filled storylines. There are so many different things in this book it's hard to pinpoint exactly what to describe as the plot. You'd think it was Eric and Sookie planning to kill Victor, Eric's new boss. Or, maybe something to do with the two-natured coming out and the pending legislation. Or, her cousin Claude wanting to live with her. Or, even something with her cousin Hadley's son. But it actually was all these things and more. I'm not sure if I can keep reading these books when they feel like twitter updates on what is going on with Sookie and those around her instead of a story based on just a single idea. I'm giving this 3 stars because I did like the book and I do want to know what happens to Sookie, Eric, Bill, Pam and everyone else. But I don't know if I'm up for more stories where there is just so much going on.
