Brain on Fire: My Month of Madness, by Susannah Cahalan

I forgot to add this back when I read it. My Mom got it as part of a Book-a-Month gift and I pretty much snatched it from her hands, ran away and read it. It's a fascinating true story of a young woman's rapid descent into a mental illness. The book takes an investigative approach into what causes the mental breakdown (it's not what you might think) and what it felt like as it was happening. It's a fast read that I really couldn't put down.

To say I enjoyed it seems inappropriate but... well, I did. It was so good!
