Melody, Volume 1 by V.C. Andrews

It seemed pretty much the same as other V.C. Andrews books (more on the tame side but those same notes are there) but was addicting enough that I wanted to keep reading. And simple enough that it was easy to. I'm not going to be searching out the other books in this series but I will read them if they fall into my path.
