Count My Lies by Sophie Stava is a domestic/psychological thriller that had me questioning everything and everyone, from start to finish. I felt like I couldn’t trust a single character (and for good reason!). Everyone was hiding something, spinning their own web of lies…everyone, that is, except for little Harper, who was the only innocent soul in the whole mess.
The twists and turns were fantastic! Every time I thought I had it figured out, Sophie Stava pulled the rug out from under me. The plotting was sharp and clever, keeping me completely hooked and flipping pages late into the night. I loved how layered the secrets were, how every revelation only seemed to raise more questions, and how the tension never let up.
If you enjoy thrillers packed with deception, unreliable characters, and jaw-dropping twists, this one is absolutely worth picking up!
