Mr. Sinclair. Beck. Beckham.
He set the bar in the sky from the start and kept it there. I absolutely loved reading Beck and Margo’s journey to forever. Black Ties and White lies was an all around perfect boss-assistant romance for me. There was steam, groveling, funny/cute moments and so much more. Definitely a read where I just wanted to take my time and enjoy the story. And just that I did. Beck is everything and I can’t forget about Margo. The strong willed and talented female main character who makes sure to give Beck a run for his money. The only criticism I could give this book is that I wanted more of a defined moment of “I want you for the rest of my life”. I felt like the moment they mentioned their feelings could’ve been a bigger moment but overall, still loved it, and such a good steamy read.
