This book captures complicated emotions and human sensibilities in a raw, beautiful form. There's no hiding behind hifalutin words, it just is plain and simple and that's it's charm. There's a spirit of detachment present in the book that I love. So comforting to read despite the heavier topics.
The voice of Nana the cat is also so believable and realistic to me, that's definitely a cat right there.
This was executed perfectly in my book.
