I found some of the info in here really interesting! This book was sort of like an overview of longevity - it almost felt like it didn’t stick to one topic all that well. The authors had a lot of ideas about health and happiness and resilience but the chapters seemed almost a little disjointed - a collection of ideas that were loosely related rather than a story of a Japanese village like I more expected.
I enjoyed reading it but it was different than I felt it would be from the blurb. Less about finding your passion, more about the importance of having one. More spirituality than expected, some advice feeling like a punch list rather than a deeply explored concept.
