The Lucky Girl Journal: A Guided Workbook to Embody the Lucky Girl Syndrome by Keila Shaheen

I got this book as part of Libro.FM's influencer's program. I was really looking forward to this book but it fell flat for me. This book felt like an ad for her meditation app and it got annoying every time she advertised her app. The book content in interesting and I appreciated some of the ideas behind this book but this was mainly a "book" that focused on lead meditations which I was not expecting. This is not a book you can read while doing other things because of all of the meditations that were used.

The concept of this book was great but honestly, I'm not scared to read the Shadow Journal for fear it will be filled with even more advertisements for her app.
