I enjoyed all of the different characters and the uncertainty that Jorge felt when he encountered Jazmine. I’m kind of surprised that this graphic novel is set in middle school. That makes sense, I guess. It’s been awhile since I’ve been in middle school :)
Jorge was a great main character and I love that he stood up for what is right and that he prioritized his school work. This graphic novel had it’s share of drama and the hacked social media account was a timely touch.
I’m looking forward to reading more of Chmakova’s work. (I think I spelled her name right).
