This is the first thriller that I’ve read in a very long time that I throughly enjoyed. 

This book would have been a 5/5 star read if not for two things: 

1) The name of the book kind of gives everything away/I wish the name was less telling. I think there could have been some SHOCKING moments if the title was different. 

 2) The mention of COVID/the storyline in the last parts of the book. This is a personal preference but if a book or show or ANYTHING mentions COVID I am immediately taken out of the story. It’s too “real” if that makes any sense. I read to escape & I just don’t have any interest in reading a storyline about COVID. This book didn’t mention it much but it was enough to deduct rating points. 

Overall, I loved this book!!! The podcast element, the birth twin storyline, unreliable narrators, all of it!
