This book surprised me. It is everything you can want out of a novel. Well written and crafted, interesting characters woven together with a shared experience, and a depth that you can indulge in or pass through. When passengers on an airplane are confronted with a woman that tells them how and at what age they will die, some become completely obsessed with the prediction. I really loved how the author tackled the truth that we all share - that we are all going to be faced with our last day on this earth - but rarely talk about and do everything in our power to avoid. Thoroughly enjoyed this book.
