Short, Intimate and so very Poignant.
WOW. I think I've just found a new favourite author. I truly fell in love with Asia Monique's characters from page one and her writing was exquisite...it felt immersive and intimate, to the point where I sometimes felt like an intruder in Amelia and Is's own special bubble.
I savoured the story quite slowly and I didn't realize it was only 158 pages long as it honestly read like a full length novel, not a single aspect is rushed and I was left completely satisfied. Would I have read another 150 pages of them dating, spending time with their families and building a life together? Obviously I would have, but I also think that the story is perfect just the way it is.
