This series continues to deliver! I could not put this book down. I was absolutely enthralled in the story, trying to determined the connections between the characters. I loved that the plot lines from the other books are interconnecting in relation to the suspenseful plot. It really makes it feels like it’s own universe. I enjoyed Kane and Emery’s story. He was a man down bad right away. I loved that he was consistent and persistent in making his feelings known. Emery needed to feel and know it was the real deal. I absolutely loved his relationship with Maci, what a sweet girl! This book definitely packed some dramatic reveals. Honorable mention to the crew, I always love scenes with everyone they are truly a family. After all his teasing this book, I am ready to see Theo meet his match in the next one!
