This book is less about bio hacking and more about lifestyle changes. It’s cited well and provides a good case study for making small healthier changes that add up over time. However, a more appropriate title could have been “healthy habits for the brain”.

Also, the description claims that this science-backed plan is “groundbreaking”. It is not. While this book contains good information, it is not new.
