The Way of Kings is a story about reclamation; on a fictional world called Roshar, mankind reclaims the tools and weapons of a grander past, individuals reclaim the powers of ancient mage-knights, known as Radiants, and a society bereft of honor begins its first steps towards remembering its grand origins.

An absolutely wonderful beginning to a ten-book series that all fantasy enthusiasts should read.
